Brand identity and creative direction for 140 Dégrés.
140 Dégrés reimagines the traditional Belgian fritkot through the lens of Michelin-starred chef Mallory Gabsi. Bringing Belgian street food culture to Paris.

Alongside the branding, I developed the creative direction for the interior design, defining references for the architecture, materials, finishes, and décor. Inspired by traditional Belgian fritkots and Belgian Art Deco, these guidelines ensured the space reflected the same visual language and spirit as the brand identity.
